West Village is a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) on a smaller, boutique scale, with housing options to fit a wide range of lifestyles.
Having broken ground in Spring of 2019, this 143-acre master-planned, mixed-use development will feature nearly 400 homes and multifamily apartments that are walkable to dining, shopping, healthcare, banking, parks, a pool and more.
West Village is conveniently located in the town of Scott. Because West Village is near I-10, HWY 93 and the soon-to-open Apollo Road thoroughfare, residents will enjoy a quick drive to the jobs and amenities of nearby towns from Lafayette to Crowley.

Known for excelling on the court, this former LSU tennis champion played number-one singles and doubles while earning his Bachelor of Science degree. Before graduating in May of 2017, the student-athlete achieved All-SEC status for three years and was a two-time All-American. Today, Jordan applies his energy and focus to his professional role as co-managing partner of Cottage Developers.

Robert is the visionary behind the award-winning River Ranch neighborhood. He received the 2004 Patron of Architecture Award from the Louisiana Architectural Foundation. 1012 Magazine named him one of the 25 most powerful people on the I-10/12 corridor. In 2001, he was named the Hibernia National Bank Business Person of the Year. As a former attorney, Robert is frequently invited to lecture on construction, land use and development issues. He is also the managing partner and co-founder of Southern Lifestyle Development.
